Our school was opened in 1964 in the Catholic Parish of St. Monica's. Our first building was in the old Catholic Church in Raheny. In 1966 the school opened in Edenmore and had approximately 1100 pupils. The school celebrated its 50th birthday in 2016, which coincided with the 100 year celebrations of the 1916 rising!
